Abstract

239,149. Wilsdorf, H. May 21, 1925. Cases, watch. - A watch comprises a casing 6, a cover 8 having a glass 9 and hinged at 7 or otherwise attachable to the casing, a rim 10 of heavy section hinged to, or separate from, the casing and fitting snugly in the casing and contacting with its interior surfaces and a movement held in the rim bv friction or by a locking pin or screw so that the dial 16 projects over the front face of the rim forming a dustproof joint when the cover is closed. The stem of the movement carrying the head 13 projects through an apertured boss 12 in the rim 10 and is accommodated by notches 14, 15 in the case and cover.
