Binding-posts and terminals; couplings.- A connector, terminal or binding post a has a plurality of diametrical slots b on one end to receive wires which are clamped by a nut or cap c or other means screwing upon its exterior. A screw c<1>, Fig. 7, may co-operate with the nut to give the secured wires a double kink. A connector may have a central tapped hole or plug socket d, Fig. 1, or a screwed stem e, Fig. 4, for engagement with a terminal or conventional form or with a nut. The connector may be formed with a nut-shaped head a<2> and a shoulder a<1>, Fig. 6.
