Description

Qmck Cooking Stove Structure Background of the Invention fjeld ouf the Invention The present invention relates to a quick cooking stove structure that can be manufactured easily.
2.ption of the Art Taiwan Utility Model Publication No. 282088 issued on Jul. 21,1996 discloses a quick cooking stove that includes a burner plate surrounded by a stove main body. The stove main body includes a plurality of holes for supplying liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). Nevertheless, the holes are processed by means of time-consuming drilling, while the bits tend to be damaged during drilling. In addition, the holes are apt to be blocked by food during cooking and thus require troublesome cleaning. The present invention is intended to provide an improved quick cooking stove structure that mitigates and/or obviates the above problems.
Summary of the Invenhon It is a primary object of the present invention to provide an improved quick cooking stove structure that includes a stove hmin body and a burner plate. The burner plate is integrally formed. The stove main body includes an upper portion with a conic inner periphery.
The stove main body is communicated with a gas source of inflammable gas by a gas tube.
The burner plate includes a conic outer periphery that is held by the conic inner periphery of the stove main body to position the burner plate in the stove main body. The conic outer periphery of the burner plate includes a plurality of open-type gas channels that are integrally formed with the burner plate. The gas channels form passages for supplying the inflammable gas. The stove structure so constructed is easy to manufacture.
Other objects, advantages, and novel features of the invention will become more apparent from the following detailed description when taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
Brief Description of the Drawings Fig. I is an exploded perspective view, partly cutaway, of a first embodiment of a quick cooking stove structure in accordance with the present invention, Fig. 2 is a top view of the stove structure in Fig. 1 ; Fig. 3 is a sectional view taken along line 3-3 in Fig. 2; Fig. 4 is an exploded perspective view, partly cutaway, of a second embodiment of the quick cooking stove structure in accordance with the present invention; Fig. 5 is a top view of the stove structure in Fig. 4, and Fig. 6 is a sectional view taken along line 6-6 in Fig. 5.
Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiments Referring to Fig. 1, a first embodiment of a quick cooking stove in accordance with the present invention generally includes a stove main body 1 and a burner plate 2. A gas tube 11 located at a lower level is provided to connect the stove main body 1 with a gas source for supplying inflammable gas (e. g., liquefied petroleum gas) to the stove main body 1. The stove main body 1 includes a conic inner periphery 13 in an upper portion thereof. A hole 12 is provided in the stove main body 1 to allow an igniting member (not shown) to be extended into the stove main body 1 to ignite the inflammable gas. The conic inner periphery 13 supports the burner plate 2. A post 15 is provided to a bottom portion of the stove main body 1 and includes a screw hole 16. The burner plate 2 includes a seat 22 with a hole 20, and a fastening member (e. g., a bolt 14) is extended through the hole 20 of the seat 22 and the screw hole 16 of the post 15. This provides a better positioning effect for the burner plate 2.
The burner plate 2 is integrally formed and includes a conic outer periphery with a configuration complimentary to that of the conic inner periphery 13 of the stove main body 1.
The conic outer periphery of the burner plate 2 includes a plurality of annularly spaced gas channels 21 for supplying inflammable gas when the burner plate 2 is held by the conic inner periphery 13 of the stove main body 1. Thus, a bottom of the burner plate 2 rests on the post 15 and thus positioned by means of extending the bolt 14 through the hole 20 in the seat 22 and the screw hole 16 of the post 15. The seat 20 may further include a plurality of annular arranged through-holes 23 that communicate an interior of the burner plate 2 with an interior of the stove main body 1. Thus, an inner flame loop may be provided by means of provision of the through-holes 23.
Referring to Figs. 2 and 3, the burner plate 2 is reliably positioned, as the conic outer periphery of the burner plate 2 is held by the conic inner periphery 13 of the stove main body 1. In addition, the bottom of the burner plate 2 rests on the post 15 of the stove main body 1.
Thus, an inner flame loop and an outer flame loop are provided when the inflammable gas supplied via the gas channels 21 and the through-holes 23 burns, thereby finishing cooking cook food within a short time, best shown in Fig. 3.
Fig. 4 illustrates a second embodiment of the quick cooking stove in accordance with the present invention. In this embodiment, the quick-cooking stove includes a stove main body 1 and a burner plate 2. A gas tube 11 located at a lower level is provided to connect the stove main body I with a gas source for supplying inflammable gas (e. g., liquefied petroleum gas) to the stove main body 1. The stove main body 1 includes a conic inner periphery 13 in an upper portion thereof A hole 12 is provided in the stove main body 1 to allow an igniting member (not shown) to be extended into the stove main body 1 to ignite the inflammable gas. The conic inner periphery 13 supports the burner plate 2. A post 15'is provided to a bottom portion of the stove main body 1. The burner plate 2 includes a hole 25 in a bottom thereof.
The hole 25 has a diameter greater than an outer diameter of the post 15'to define a gap between the post 15'and an inner periphery that defines the hole 25. As a result, the inflammable gas may flow from an interior of the stove main body I into an interior of the burner plate 2 via the gap, thereby forming an inner flame loop when the inflammable gas burns.
The burner plate 2 may further include a plurality of apertures 24 defined in the bottom thereof for supplying inflammable gas into the interior of the burner plate 2.
Referring to Figs. 5 and 6, the burner plate 2 is reliably positioned, as the conic outer periphery of the burner plate 2 is held by the conic inner periphery of the stove main body 1.
In addition, an upper end of the post 15'of the stove main body 1 locates in the hole 25 of the burner plate 2. When inflammable gas is introduced, it is supplied via the gas channels 21, the apertures 24, and the gap between the post 15'and an inner periphery that defines the hole 25 of the burner plate 2. Thus, three flame loops are provided to finish cooking food within a short time when the inflammable gas burns, best shown in Fig. 6.
According to the above description, it is appreciated that the stove structures in accordance with the present invention are simple and thus can be manufactured easily, as the gas channels are integrally formed in the burner plate. In addition, cleaning of the gas channels is easier.
Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.
