Abstract

233,570. Hoe &. Co., Ltd., R., (Hoe & Co., R.). July 30, 1924. Stereotype.-A mould for casting narrow curved plates, as described in Specification 215,876, is provided with a projection 5 on which it may be tilted, after pouring, to ensure every part being filled. The mould cavity is bounded by the inner member 2 hinged at 14, the matrix 12, removable side members 9, Fig. 7, and a bar 7 jointed thereto. The member 2 is provided with catches 16 which, when the mould is closed, engage a locking bar 20 but can be released by rotating the. bar by a handle 24. Feet 3, 4 and handles 6, 7 are also provided.
