Railways for recreation. -A track for a pleasure railway comprises spaced main supports 12, a flexible beam 13, which may be laminated, cross ties 14 spaced between the supports 12, and a rigid running rail 15, which can be made in lengths welded together at their ends. Safety rollers 21 on the car 16 engage the web and flange of the rail 15, which is preferably of I-section. Specification 3634*/02 is referred to.
