Abstract
230,626. Peduzzi, E. F. March 8, 1924. Seats convertible into baby carriages; folding seats. - A child's folding carriage is convertible into a chair or stool and comprises a jointed framework and a seat of fabric hung from the upper rod connecting the arm E, Fig. 4, and from the rods 2, 3. The arms B, C are stayed by diagonals 9 which, when the carriage is converted into a stool, are collapsed and together with the arms B, C are folded along side the bars F. The lower part may be collapsed by disconnecting the stay G and folding the jointed stays J, K and N, M, the foot rests L then lying alongside the front legs. Rear wheels T, Fig. 7, carried by swivelling arms U may be secured to the rear legs X by locking-pins V in either the operative or the out-of-use position.
