Abstract

Outdoor games.- A table comprises a number of radial feet a forming a base, struts h rising from the base and converging to form a pyramid supporting the central parts of a table top formed in sections r, and struts o rising from the base and extending outwardly to support the parts of the top at or near its periphery. The projecting lower edges of adjacent triangular sections r of the top are connected by the ends of the outer struts o, which carry metal U-shaped members 2 extending upwardly for this purpose. The struts h forming the pyramid fit into a central casting k formed with a ring m into which metal hooks x at the apex of the sections r project. Members t, w reinforce the top sections, and a strut b secured to one foot a and to a strut o holds the frame rigid and prevents rotation. A rotating horizontal arm or the like for games may be attached to a central vertical shaft 10 passing through the casting k into a casting b at the junction of the feet. The table is secured to the ground by spikes 15 passing through brackets 14 attached to the radial feet a.
