221,417. Millichamp, E. C. Jan. 28, 1924. Hubs.-Relates to wheel mountings for perambulators of the kind having a coiled spring B bearing against the inner side of the wheel hub, and consists in securing the wheel on the axle A bv a slotted brake D which is slipped over the smaller diameter of a stepped groove C in the axle and is pressed on to the larger diameter thereof by the spring. The washer is prevented from turning by a projection C<1>.
