201,454. Duclos, A. S. Oct. 11, 1922. Bags for golf clubs.-In a golf bag attachment of the hind wherein supporting arms may be spread outwardly at the base to hold the bag erect, the arms are moved by rotating a rod extending substantially along the longitudinal axis of the bag. An operating rod E is rigidly connected to a circular plate 24 to which are pivoted radial arms 15 passing through slots in the flanged base 19. On rotating the rod E the arms 15 may be spread as shown, or may be drawn in beneath the base 19, the legs 17 fitting within recesses 25. A plate D excludes dirt &c. The bag may be stiffened by metal rods 10.
