Abstract

This invention provides a mounting stud for enabling electrical components, for example a terminal block 7, to be mounted on a metal or plastics baseboard 8. The stud comprising a shank (1) having a slot (3) therein which gives resilience to latching shoulders 4, and a head (2) at one end of the shank. Tab portions (5) of the head are resiliently deflectable in a direction away from the opposite end of the shank. <IMAGE>
