Abstract

199,679. Wootton, H. D. April 29, 1922. Photographic surveying - instruments. - An aeronautical camera of the kind described in Specification 193,448, [Class 98 (i), Photoraphic cameras &c.], is provided with a system of auxiliary lenses for recording, on the edges of the film, technical or other data from adjacent aeronautical instruments. The lenses 230 are mounted on the camera casing 40, and the vertically-reciprocating member 115 carrying the main objective and shutter mechanism has corresponding series of elbowed passages 231 which are fitted with reflectors 232 and are adapted to register with the lenses 230 at the instant of exposure.
