196,336. Reddaway &. Co., Ltd., F., and Muskett, J. Dec. 31, 1921. Couplings, disconnectible; cupleather overlap joints.-The spigot j of a hose &c. coupling passes through a cup-leather c held between the female member b and socket a and is secured in the member b by a spring-pressed sliding bolt e sliding in a barrel-shaped projection d and operable by a slidable cap f, the bolt e engaging in a groove i<3> between projections i<2> on the spigot j after these have been inserted through gaps b' in the end of the member b and the spigot j has been rotated to bring the projections i<2> behind abutments b<2>. Specification 3133/83 is referred to.
