Abstract
13,764. Bloxam, A. G., [Akt.-Ges. f³r Anilin Fabrikation]. June 12. Aniline-black and like dyeing.-Hair, furs, or the like, are dyed by means of a mixture of a p-amino-mono-or-di-alkylaniline or a derivative thereof, such as a chlor, alkyl, or alkoxy derivative, a 1-alkoxy-2:4-diaminobenzene, and hydrogen peroxide or other suitable oxidizing- agent; p-amino-mono-or-di-methyl- or -ethylaniline, and m-diaminoanisol or m-diaminophenetol are specified as suitable materials. The furs may be washed with dilute ammonia and mordanted with ferrous sulphate before dyeing. Specification 5134/10 is referred to.
