Abstract
188,474. Kress, C. F. Sept. 29, 1921. Supports.-A folding device for supporting a bicycle in a standing position comprises a leg A pivoted to a pin B rotatable in an eye C on a clip C<1> attached to the inclined back fork D, and a stay H adapted to turn on a stud or pin G on a clip F attached to the bottom fork E, the stay H having an eye h<1> through which passes the bottom portion of the leg A, the spread of which is thus limited. The support is secured in the closed or folded position by means of a clip J, which may be fitted with a spring catch &c. K. The leg A and stay H may be pivoted by means of ball-andsocket or like universal joints.
