Vehicle lamps, directing.-Means for directing the head lamps of motor vehicles from the steering-gear comprises lamp supports a rotatably mounted in bearings b secured to the vehicle frame and pivotally connected at their lower ends to hollow links g slidably engaging rods h which are ball-jointed to members k adapted to be clamped to the front-wheel coupling-rod of the steering-gear by bolts h. If desired the lamps may be mounted on supports independent of the rods a and connected to the latter by an " amplifying device " so as to ensure that the angular movements of the lamps shall be equal, as distinct from proportional, to the angular movements of the front wheels.
