Abstract

175,451. Bradbury, J. A. Nov 30, 1920. Shelves.-Collapsable and detachable shelving for use principally in stores or in vehicles for carrying provisions comprises shelves 5 pivoted to angle-iron uprights 2 detachably connected to a wall or vehicle side 1. The shelves when not in use are folded upwards and are retained by catches 9. When in use they are supported by struts 6 hinged to the underside of each shelf, the free end of each strut being dropped into a recess 7 in the shelf next below.
