161,003. Hislop, R. F. Jan. 26, 1920. Wind-screens.-Hoods for motor-cars are provided with a roller-type partition hung behind the front seats of the car. The roller e is mounted on brackets d at the back of the front seat or on the floor, and the upper end of the partition is attached to a strip c on the hood by hooks or the like. The partition may have one or more panels or openings g, with or without mica or celluloid closure, while adjustable side wings h with open or transparent panels j may be added. The roller may be attached to the underside of the hood, and the lower end of the partition to the upper end of a rear wind-screen.
