Description
(54) A BOILER ASSEMBLY HEATED BY RADIANT HEATING FIREBARS
ASSOCIATED WITH A GAS BURNER
(71) I, ROBERT JACQUES, 16 Market
Place, Hexham, Northumberland, NE46 1XQ. British, do hereby declare the invention, for which I pray that a patent may be granted to me, and the method by which it is to be performed, to be particularly described in and by the following statement:
The invention relates to a boiler assembly heated by gas.
A preferred example of a boiler assembly in accordance with the invention will be described with reference to the drawings accompaning the Provisional Specification in which Fig. 1 represents a plan view of the boiler and Fig. 2 represents an elevation.
A circular gas burner 'F' in a position surrounding the lower side of the boiler 'C' heats Fire-bars 'D' made of Stainless Steel supported by and surrounding the boiler.
The fire bars D radiate heat to heat the boiler C.
The pressure in the boiler will be controlled by the Thermostat 'J' in the control unit 'E' Fig. 2.
Automatic Ignition by Electric Spark of
Gas 'I' will also be controlled from the control unit.
The Firebars will be completely enclosed and insulated to ensure quick heating to
Boiler 'C' and the maintainance of pressure within the boiler.
Automatic Gas supply 'G' will be controlled from the control unit and also flame protection through the main Gas Valve 'H'.
WHATI CLAIM IS:
1. A boiler assembly ('C') comprising a
Gas Burner ('f') adapted to heat Steel Firebars ('D') surrounding the boiler ('C') which firebars in turn radiate heat to heat the boiler.
2. A Boiler Assembly according to claim (1) having an automatic control unit ('E') with:- a A Thermostat.
b An Electric Ignition Spark Control.
An An Automatic Gas Supply (G).
(d) Automatic Flame Control protection in gas supply.
3. A boiler assembly constructed Substantially as herein described with reference
to the drawings accompanying the Provi
sional Specification.

Claims (3)
1. A boiler assembly ('C') comprising a
Gas Burner ('f') adapted to heat Steel Firebars ('D') surrounding the boiler ('C') which firebars in turn radiate heat to heat the boiler.
2. A Boiler Assembly according to claim (1) having an automatic control unit ('E') with:- a A Thermostat.
b An Electric Ignition Spark Control.
An An Automatic Gas Supply (G).
(d) Automatic Flame Control protection in gas supply.
3. A boiler assembly constructed Substantially as herein described with reference
to the drawings accompanying the Provi
sional Specification.
