Spring surfaces. - A seat cushion or the like comprises a number of vertical helical springs clipped together and located between a frame of ply-wood to which the lower ends of the springs are secured and an open frame of ply-wood at the top to which the outer rows of springs are secured. The springs D are clipped together at the top by the clips G and attached to the frames A, B by the staples E.
