Abstract

The apparatus (2) is connected comovably to a heald frame (6). The standing threads (SF or SF') are supplied in the middle of the heald frame (6) via an orifice (44), are deflected in opposite directions via orifices (41 and 55) in the region of the heald-frame bar and are received by means of orifices (13 and 13') at the tips of needles (7) coaxial with one another. For threading in torn standing threads (SF'), there is a threading-in part (52) adjustable in the direction of the needles (7) counter to the effect of a springing (58). This threading-in part (52) carries the orifice (55) for the deflection of the lower standing thread (SF'). In the event of a tear of the lower standing thread (SF'), as a result of a longitudinal adjustment of the threading-in part (52), its orifice (54) is brought into coincidence with the orifice (44) of the apparatus (2), and the torn standing thread (SF') is threaded in again. By releasing the part (52) and retaining the end of the standing thread, the deflection point (orifice 55) for the standing thread (SF') is returned again to the necessary location of difficult access in the region of the lower heald-frame bar and is fixed there by means of the spring (58). It is thus possible to thread the torn lower standing threads in again simply and quickly. <IMAGE>
