Nuts 24 and washers 25 retain the wheels from axial separation on the shaft. The container is provided with a bung assembly Fig. 5, in which a flexible bellows 26 is formed integrally with a bung portion 27 received in a fluidtight manner in a neck 11 of the vessel 10. When it is desired to discharge liquid from the container the bellows are operated to pump air through outlet valve, comprising resilient tubing 38, Fig. 5, into the container to force liquid up a discharge pipe 3 and out of spout 40. An inlet valve 30 is provided at the other end of the bellows 26. A second pair of wheels may be mounted on a vessel in a similar manner to that described. In an alternative form of bung, Fig. 8 (not shown) an externally screwthreaded stopper has a threaded blind bore for receiving a handle which can be used to assist wheeling of the container. The articles concerned are preferably moulded from a plastics material and may take the form of a water vessel as shown in Fig. 1, or a slop tank, Fig. 12 (not shown) or a laundry trolley, Fig. 9 (not shown).
