Abstract

1475256 Mattresses &c PIRELLI SACIC 2 Oct 1975 [10 Oct 1974] 40404/75 Addition to 1405566 Heading A4M A support device for slats in a bed, chair or the like is similar to that of the Parent patent except that the secondary levers are eliminated. The device comprises a unitary member of rubber or other elastomeric material including a lever 4 which is reinforced by a stiffening insert, a foot 3 for attachment to a frame side, the foot 3 being disposed centrally of the lever 4 and being connected thereto by a resilient neck 25, and slat attachment members 16, 17 disposed at or adjacent opposite ends of the lever 4, these members 16, 17 being connected by resilient necks 30, 31 to the lever 4.
