Abstract

1433721 Rollers HEBERLEIN & CO AG 4 March 1974 [5 March 1973] 9602/74 Heading F2U [Also in Division D1] A rotatable core support comprises a onepiece body consisting of two parallel, flexible core-supporting plates connected by a flat member extending perpendicular to the plate surfaces. A support, Fig. 1, has a one-piece body, e.g. injection moulded from polyamide or polyacetal material, comprising two flexible plates 3, 3<SP>1</SP> connected by flat member 2 and by non- circular end walls 12, 13. Member 2 has slots 7, 8 and lugs 10 locating transverse springs 11, 23, which bear, Fig. 4, on the longitudinal plate edges engaged and flexed by the surrounding core. Each plate may have tapered ends 5, Fig. 2, and two or more areas 4 defined by notches. Wall 12 extends to form a core stop. The end walls include sockets 12<SP>1</SP>, 13<SP>1</SP> each containing, shaft 17, Fig. 5, in bearings 16, 18 separated by spring 20.
