Abstract
1430744 Loading and unloading ovens WERNER & PFLEIDERER 4 April 1974 [27 April 1973] 14929/74 Heading A2A A tier baking oven 1 has baking chambers 2 which are disposed one above another and which display at the oven front wall 3 in each case a charging opening 5 closable by a door 4. The oven 1 is provided with an auxiliary arrangement which consists of a support frame 7 which is designed as a frame aligned parallel to the oven front 3 and is supported by rollers 10 on the floor and is provided with an elongate arm 11 which is guided by its free end in a bearing 12 disposed at the upper side of the oven 1 by rollers 13, 14 and 15. At its under side, the arm 11 displays a toothing 16 which corresponds with a spur wheel drive 17 disposed at the oven. The shaft, coupled with a motor 18 brings about forward and reverse movement of the support 7. Abutment means 8 are provided at the support 7 in the form of rests for the end edge portions of dough piece carriers 6 far from the oven and rests 9 are provided for the other end edge portions of the dough piece carriers 6. The covering of the auxiliary arrangement with dough piece carriers can ensue by hand or by means of a rack carriage 33 having a rack support 34 and struts 35. When the support 7 is moved toward the oven front 3, the doors are automatically opened by means of a control cam 27 and the carriers 6 are pushed into the baking chambers 2, the ends of the carriers 6 rolling over rollers 23. Hook-shaped engagement members 26 then come into connection with the rollers 23 whereby the rollers 23 in slots. 25 are pushed towards the oven interior. At the end of the pushing-in process, the roller blind holders of the dough piece carriers 6, constructed as blind draw-off devices, pass in known manner behind an abutment 38 which is lowerable by lateral folding over into the baking chamber floor. By reversal of the direction of rotation of the motor 18, the support 7, with the dough piece carriers 6, is moved from the oven front 3 away outwardly and the dough pieces pass on to the baking chamber floor.
