1430588 Fluid drives for fibre preparation machines GARNETT-BYWATER LTD 18 Oct 1973 [16 Nov 1972] 52868/72 Heading D1N In a fibre preparation machine having several rollers or the like individual rollers or sets of rollers are driven by fluid motors each having its own speed varying means, e.g. fluid return valve 23. The device is described in relation to a carding machine of which working speeds are given. Individual motors are attached at the end of roller shafts and are fed by flexible pipes allowing adjustment of the rollers positions.
