Abstract

1420994 Freight containers BSL (BIGNIER SCHMID-LAURENT) 9 May 1973 [18 May 1972] 22113/73 Heading B8P [Also in Division B7] A container particularly for transporting hot fluids comprises a tank 1 mounted in a parallelepipedal frame, the tank and frame being made from metals of different coefficients of expansion, there being a skirt 10, 11 connecting the tank to an end plate 8 rigid with each end of the frame 2 to allow expansion of the tank relative to the frame. As shown in Fig. 1, bars 6 and a cradle 7 comprise rigid means for connecting the tank to the frame.
