Abstract

1419664 Disc mills KRIMA MASKIN FABRIK AB 6 Nov 1973 [7 Nov 1972] 51563/ 73 Heading B2A A disc mill has a feed channel 13 which has continuously curved inner and outer surfaces (as seen in sections) and spiral vanes secured either to the inner or outer surface which is rotatable, the vanes 19 protruding into the feed channel. A screw 11 assists feed. The vanes 19 extend as tongues 20 into a precrushing zone. Both discs 17, 18 may be rotatable at different speeds or in different directions. The discs have interacting radial and/or annular bars 22.
