1415480 Polyvinylchloride composition INTERNATIONAL STANDARD ELECTRIC CORP 26 Feb 1974 [8 March 1973] 8580/74 Heading C3P A plasticized polyvinyl chloride composition, for use as a non-flammable insulating material for electric cables, contains 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride, 28-34 parts by weight of diisodecyl phthalate, 3 parts by weight of antimony trioxide, a stabilizer and lubricants. 8 parts of tribasic lead sulphate may be used as the stabilizer, and 1À3 parts of lubricant may be used (comprising 0À5 parts branched hydrocarbon wax and 0À8 parts calcium stearate).
