1367853 Adjustable hospital beds HILLROM CO Inc 18 Feb 1972 [5 May 1971] 7604/72 Heading A4J An adjustable hospital bed comprises a mattress supporting frame 14 supported on a fixed base 12 by two inter-connected sets of links 16, 18 for movement between an uppermost horizontal position and a lowermost horizontal position, each of the two sets of links being associated with a locking member 82', 82, one of which is operated when the mattress supporting frame is in the uppermost position to lock the associated set of links against movement such that the mattress supporting frame can be moved into a trendelenberg or reverse trendelenberg position by movement of the other set of links.
