Abstract

1363614 Fuel injection nozzles ALLISCHALMERS CORP 16 Feb 1973 [25 Feb 1972] 7762/73 Heading F1B In a fuel injection nozzle assembly, having a valve spindle 12 between a valve spring 15 at a threaded bore portion and a nozzle valve 8, and a spring compressed by an adjusting screw 17, Fig. 2, an internal seal 22 is provided between the axial inner end of the threaded bore portion and the adjacent portion of the adjusting screw. In a modification a sealing ring, carried by the adjusting screw, engages a smooth cylindrical surface on the axial inner end of the adjusting screw.
