Abstract

1329766 Animal food CANADIAN CANE EQUIPMENT Ltd 19 April 1971 [8 April 1970 11 Dec 1970] 24238/71 Heading A2B Animal feeds include sugarcane pith containing substantially all of its naturally present sugar juice and the fine inner fibres of the interior of the stalk, but substantially free of outer rind fibres. Also present may be constituents selected from chopped sugarcane tops, NPN compounds, natural protein sources which may be vegetable or non-vegetable, and mineral mixes. The sugarcane pit may be ensilaged; for example by means of Lactobacillus or Acetobactor.
