130,264. Kilburn, B. E. D., (Bethlchem Steel Co.). Jan. 3, 1919. Ground levers.-In a ground lever for railway and like points, the hand-lever is mounted to turn on a horizontal axis, and is connected to the usual bell-crank lever by a projection on one of these members engaging a groove in the other so that, in both set positions of the points, the hand-lever occupies a horizontal position and provides a positive lock. As shown in the plan view, Fig. 5, the hand-lever 17 carries a pin 22' formed with a groove adapted to receive the projection 29<1> on the bell-crank lever.
