Abstract
1295361 Fluid logic and switching circuits; spray carburetters BENDIX CORP 14 July 1970 [15 July 1969] 34192/70 Headings F1P F1B A liquid fuel powered fluidic amplifier 26, Fig.1 for delivering fuel through an outlet 28 to a nozzle 38 in the air intake 40 of an I.C. engine in response to air intake pressure and atmospheric pressure in control passages 34, 32 has its second outlet 30 through which excess fuel is returned to a reservoir 10 connected at 104, Fig. 3 in series with a constant volume reservoir 103, the outlet 106 of which is connected to a return line 22. The volume is maintained constant by a weir 102 in a plane normal to the direction of motion of a vehicle driven by the engine whereby velocity changes of the vehicle do not result in flow changes at said outlets 32, 34.
