Abstract

124,963. Calder, W. J. June 8, 1918. Catches, spring. - A vertically-sliding spring- controlled bolt c mounted in the door has a catch g integral therewith adapted to engage a slot h in the shelf i or other part, and is operable by a follower e on the handle spindle. A lock is used to secure the bolt, which in the case of double doors is the ordinary lock mounted on the second door, the bolt of which is adapted to enter the casing b beneath the bolt c.
