[Also in Divisions E1-E2] In a double-walled partition structure incorporating a runner and stud assembly as set out in Specification 1,232,451, each wall is formed of panels comprising a pair of wallboards laminated together only over spaced portions of their opposed faces which overlap to define rabbeted edges for interengagement with adjacent panels. The panels may be made of plasterboard or cellulosic material and incorporate a spacer strip laminated therebetween. For dimensions, sound insulating properties and specific examples of panels, the Specification should be referred to.
