Abstract
1,231,465. Heat radiator panel. AGAPLATFORADLING A.B. 10 May, 1968 [19 May, 1967; 22 April, 1968], No. 22257/68. Heading F4S. A radiator or radiator unit comprises sheet metal plates 1, 2 which are profiled respectively to define upper and lower headers 3 and fluid ducts, which ducts provide communication between the headers, and U-shaped secondary heat exchange plates 6 extending from the upper to the lower header and disposed therebetween are welded to the plate 1 to define longitudinally open channels. The legs of the plates 6 extend outwardly from the plane of the plate 2 for a distance substantially equal to the depth of the headers. At least two of the plates 6 have holes 7 for suspension of the radiator from a supporting structure and the plates 6 also have spacers which may be integral therewith.
