Xerographic toners comprise (1) a colourant, and (2) a resin component comprising as major component by weight partially oxidized polyethylene having a melt index above 100 and prepared from polyethylene having a specific gravity above 0À950. The toners may also contain a flow agent (e.g. colloidal SiO 2 ) and another resin (e.g. polystyrene or polymethylmethacrylate).
