Abstract

1,220,990. Mounting xerographic drums. INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MACHINES CORP. Dec.20, 1968 [Jan.15, 1968], No.60552/68. Heading G2H. , A drum 11 of cardboard, metal or plastics having a photo-conductive coating 12 is located in correct position with respect to a lens (13) Fig. 1 (not shown) by rollers 19, Fig. 2. The drum is driven through a pulley 75 on a shaft 15 connected by a universal joint 20 to a shaft 18 having a threaded knob 57 which is screwed inwardly to release segments 41 to permit removal of the drum 11.
