Abstract
1,208,374. Fluidics elements. HOERBIGER VENTILWERKE A.G. 9 Oct.,1968 [13 Oct., 1967], No. 47839/68. Heading G4P. [Also in Divisions G2-G3] The base member of a laminate construction fluidic element is secured to its cover solely by webs 10 which are formed by cutting away portions 9 which extend between operating channels 2 and the perimeter of the base. Bores 11 are provided to vent the chambers formed by portions 9. In a modification (Fig. 3, not shown) the cover has grooves to accommodate the upper edges of the webs. Adhesion is effected under pressure by either gluing or thermal welding.
