Abstract

1,206,879. Wrist watch attachment. STELUX MFG. CO. Ltd. 20 May, 1969 [1 Aug., 1968], No. 36829/68. Heading A3H. A wrist watch bracelet comprising the combination of a strap-like member 2 having interconnected links 4 and a watch frame 1 is characterized in that parts are provided which co-operate to align the strap-like member and frame and to restrict relative pivotal movement between them. The strap-like member comprises transversely slotted, flat metal links 4 each having a lug 6 passing through the slot of a neighbouring link and turned over to form a hook. The lug 6 of the last link is rolled up to form a transverse tube 12 through which is passed a spring pin 14 the ends of which engage holes 17 in the downturned flanges 11 of a frame extension 10. A further lug 13 attached to the top of the end link abuts the underside of the frame extension 10. Patterned covering strips 7 may be attached to each connecting link 4 and the same pattern applied to the frame extension 10.
