Abstract
1,185,066. Trading cards. NORPRINT Ltd. 31 July, 1968 [7 Sept., 1967], No. 40881/67. Heading B6A. A tamper-proof sales-promoting voucher includes a stamp 2 which is provided with a cash value indicating mark 11 on the central portion 7 coated with a layer 6 of a releasable adhesive and with lines of weakness 4 defining marginal portions 9 which are coated with a layer 8 of non-releasable adhesive such that the stamp 2 can be covered with a paper-backing sheet 3 to obscure the mark 11. The voucher can be opened only by tearing off the marginal portions 9 which then expose an adhesive free channel 10 the edges of which serve for peeling off the backing sheet 3 of the stamp 2 which may be adhered with its layer 6 to a transparent stamp-collecting sheet (not shown). In another embodiment (Fig. 5) the layer 6 may be omitted. In a further embodiment the stamp 2, Fig. 7, may have its rear face protected by a further backing sheet 15.
