Cases, watch; dials; hands.-In a watch, Fig. 1, for use by the blind, the ordinary crystal is replaced by a cover d which bears ridges e and studs h dividing up the circle, and has a central aperture d<1> partly exposing the hands b, c. The cover may be hinged or may be wholly detachable, as shown in Fig. 4, being provided with fingers d<3> to clip the band of the case. A similar cover may be applied to a clock dial-plate.
