Abstract

117,492. Pannier, J. E. July 17, 1917. Glazing.-Where the pane 1 rests on a glazing- bar 3, Fig. 2, it is held thereon by folding over its edge one leaf of a sheet of lead 4 which has its other leaf pinned to the bar. The pinned leaf is embedded in some soft material 5, and a strip of textile material 9 is adhesively attached to the glazing-bar folded leaf and pane. Where the panes meet between glazing-bars, aT-lead 11 is interposed and an adhesive strip 12 is applied.
