[Also in Division B2] A machine for crumbling bread and other foodstuffs cnmprises a rotable drum 6 carrying projections 7 which cooperate with shear blade 42 to crumb the bread 55 which is pressed against the drum by plate 26 operated by handle 23. The projections 7 are formed on sheet metal V-shaped plates fastened on the drum 6 with the apex pointing in the direction of rotation.
