1,142,734. Strips of fasteners. SPOTNAILS Inc. 25 July, 1967 [23 Jan., 1967], No. 34148/67. Heading B8C. A strip of nails is made by sticking the nails to adhesive carrier strips 16, 16a, with their shanks 15 spaced and their heads abutting. Strips are used on both sides of the nails and may be stuck together between them, pressure sensitive adhesive being preferred. The strips may be provided with notches 21, 22 linked by perforations 23 so that they tear easily when the nail is driven.
