1,134,774. Adjustable arm rests for chairs. EVEREST & JENNINGS Inc. 15 Feb., 1967 [16 Dec., 1966], No. 7229/67. Heading A4J. In a foldable wheel chair, an arm rest (42) is supported on two tubular columns 36, 38, slidable for vertical adjustment, in sleeves 32, 34 and retained in the adjusted position by pin 50, on spring urged bolt 48, entering one, 54, of a series of holes in column 36. Side frame part 12 is detachably mounted on the main chairframe.
