Abstract

1,120,829. Rolling. BETEILIGUNGS-UND PATENTVERWALTUNGS G.m.b.H. 23 Dec., 1965 [24 Dec., 1964], No. 54670/65. Heading B3M. A roller table has cylindrical rollers 1, 2 which can be driven in one or the other direction of rotation, the rollers being mounted for pivoting about axes parallel to the conveying direction in alternate sequence along the conveying direction. The rollers are mounted in self aligning roller bearings 3, 4, the bearings 3 being adapted for raising and lowering by hydraulic lifting devices 5, the pipelines of which are interconnected, Fig. 5 (not shown), and the drives being adapted in such a manner that the rollers 1 and 2 can be driven respectively in opposite directions by motors 8 and 9. In modifications, Figs. 4 and 6 (not shown), the rollers have individual drives.
