Abstract

1,120,724. Pistons. A. AUSSOURD. 25 Jan., 1966 [25 Jan., 1965], No. 3370/66. Heading F2T. The cup member 1 of a piston for a tyre inflator is mounted on a hollow rod 3 by a stud 9 provided with a groove for a spring clip 13. The stud is secured in the rod by a spot weld 14 and is a force-fit into the cup which is made of pressure moulded natural or synthetic rubber.
