1,112,227. Food packages. COROGA CO. 3 Jan., 1967, No. 292/67. Heading B8C. A package for an article of food intended to be heated before opening, comprises a wrapper having a line of stitching 16 which permits the package to be torn open and provides vents for steam during heating. The wrapper may be formed of two sheets joined by the stitching, side edges of one protruding beyond those of the other to facilitate handling in the flat. It may alternatively be laminated or of single thickness. The ends may be closed by folding or gathering, and heat sealing, or by bands &c. 32.
