A combined body and chassis for a pick-up comprises upper and lower floor panels 1, 2 secured to side sills 4 and to channels 3, the panel 1 terminating at the forward edge of the transverse members 5 secured to the channels 3 and sills 5, thus providing floor wells 9. A transverse panel 6 secured to door posts 8 is also secured to the floor structure.
